Born in the United Kingdom, I have lived and worked in Wellington, Nelson, Melbourne, Sydney and Christchurch; earned a degree in psychology and a degree in counselling; and raised three daughters.
I have worked for government departments, training
organisations, merchant banks, and computer companies – and I’ve seen up-close how disengaged and unhappy employees affect business performance and productivity.
My drive is to use the power of coaching to help people do what they do, better.
