Carina Gwynne – Professional Development Coach
Born in the United Kingdom, I have lived and worked in Wellington, Nelson, Melbourne, Sydney and Christchurch; earned a degree in psychology and a degree in counselling; and raised three daughters.
I have worked for government departments, training organisations, merchant banks, computer companies, and temping agencies – and I’ve seen up-close how disengaged and unhappy employees affect business performance and productivity.
I became a workplace coach because I could see the need to bridge that gap.
I knew that by combining innovative coaching techniques and counselling skills with the latest research in psychology I could help people lean into their potential – leading to more engaged, motivated, resilient and higher performing employees.
My drive is to use the power of coaching to help people do what they do, better.
